In a groundbreaking move for his career, highly rated Ghanaian defender, Fuowie Kanwie has embarked on a week-long trial with Belarusian powerhouse Isloch FC.

 

 The trial, if successful, will see Kanwie sign a contract with the club and continue his football journey in the second round of the league.

Fuowie  Kanwie, who featured in an impressive 27 out of 28 matches during the 2022/2023 Division One season for Maana FC, showcased his defensive prowess by also netting two goals

His previous stint with Ghana Premier League Club Wa All Stars, now known as Legon Cities FC, from 2016 to 2019, the utility defender also played for a number of second Division teams including Wa-Power SC from 2020 to 2022, Real 24Hours FC from 2012 to 2016, Kong Danger Stars FC from 2011 to 2012 and Tumu United FC from 2009 to 2011, further solidified his reputation as a valuable asset to any team.

                                                                       

The 28-year-old, standing at an imposing 6 feet tall, is renowned for his versatility in defense, excelling in the central defender position while also capable of playing in other defensive roles. His wealth of experience and tactical acumen make it challenging for opposing attackers to breach the eighteen-yard box.
