ISLAM means peace and truly our Muslim brothers and sisters have contributed a greater share to the peace of our dear country Ghana.
As Eid-ul-Adha is a special day on the Islamic calendar, it’s imperative we celebrate this special day as a nation with our Muslim brothers and sisters. I say Happy Eid-Ul-Aha.
As Our brothers and sisters celebrate this special day which is one of the holiest month on the Islamic calendar to remember the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his only son Ismail to show his submission to Allah’s command.
Ibrahim was about to sacrifice his son Ismail to Allah just Allah commanded him to do, when Allah gave out a sheep to be sacrificed instead.
I use this opportunity to wish our Vice President H.E Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, the second lady H.E Samira Bawumia, a Happy Eid-ul-Adha.
I wish all Muslims in Ghana a Happy Eid-Ul-Adha.
May Allah guide and protect our Muslim brothers and sisters on Hajj pilgrimage and bring them back home safely.
I pray Allah answer all our prayers during the ten days fast and grant us all our heart desires. May Allah bless us all
