Former deputy Upper West Regional minister and Presidential Staffer under the Mills and Mahama administrations have announced his intention of contesting for the national deputy secretary position of the National Democratic Congress(NDC).
Mr. Kale Cezar in a press conference declaring his intention states that his decision is borne after personal sober reflections and some consultations and encouragement from much respected persons within the rank and file of the NDC.
The former deputy minister who picked nomination forms some few days ago said the forms have all being endorsed by the relevant people and he would duly filed in the coming days.
According to him, he had come of age to handle the position at the national level of the party after serving the party in many capacities.
He stated his will and desire to contest for the position is to help the NDC wrestle power from the NPP government in the 2020 elections and salvage Ghanaians from the hardships that they are enduring under the New Patriotic Party government.
He stated his resolve to help the party secretariat train its regional and constituency secretaries to properly manage the party and develop comprehensive welfare scheme for executives at the various party levels if elected.
