The local Organizing committee for the NDC Unity walk in the Upper West Region, together with the regional executives of the NDC has postponed its unity Walk in the region of which was schedule to take place on the 24th March, 2018.
According to Mr. Eric Dakurah the spokes person of the Unity walk said,the postponement was as a result of the former President John Dramani travelling out of the Country for an official duty.
Mr. Eric Dakurah said that the unity walk is one of the strategies adopted to bring party members on board to work hard to enable the party win power in the 2020 general elections.
He however said they will announce a new date for the unity walk in April after the local Organizing committee meets the minority caucus and the former President John Dramani Mahama
Mr. Eric Dakurah made this known on Radio Progress current affairs program Bong Bi Ayiren on Tuesday.
