He called on teachers to accept their new postings and do not interfere with the exercise.
He also called on teachers to accord their head teachers the needed respect and adhere to their directives.
The Wa West District Chief Executive Edward Laabiir Sabo speaking at the rationalization workshop also emphasised on the need for the District Education Directorate to carry out the reposting exercise.

Some teachers who were at the workshop called on traditional authorities in the area to help curtail prolonged funeral dances which sometimes held in some communities especially in the night.
school children spend significant time on these gatherings which also contributes to their poor performance. The teachers wants the district education directorate and all stakeholders to enact laws that will put a stop to the act.
